Flat $5.95 standard ground shipping is offered for all orders in continental USA.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES & RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If a package gets returned to our warehouse because of an incorrect address or no forwarding address the customer will be responsible for paying for the second shipment. An invoice will be issued to the customer via email for the shipping costs.
We send you an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking email when your item is shipped/being shipped. Please check your spam folder in your email to make sure you didn’t miss your confirmation or shipping details.
Please be aware that sometimes, tracking information takes a few days to update.
Please keep an eye on your shipping information to ensure if arrives to you, doesn’t get stolen, or in case you have to contact your local post office.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS:
Once you submit your order, our team begins diligently working to get it to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your original purchase date only if your order has not been marked as fulfilled by our warehouse.
- If you would like to add merchandise to your order, please be aware that you will need to pay an invoice for the additional product price and for the incremental shipping cost.
- If you are removing merchandise from your order, we will refund you the full amount of what you originally paid for the product, but we can not refund you for the reduction in shipping cost.
If you would like to make any changes to your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate your change or cancellation request.
While we’re confident that you’ll love your Water Scents products, we understand that things don’t always work out! In an effort to support our customers as well as our beautiful planet, we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with the quality of our products, you can get your money back within 30 days of your purchase, refunded to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and your reasoning/feedback for why you were not satisfied with our products. We will answer your inquiry ASAP in order to assist you.
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate exchanges on any products.
PLEASE NOTE: For all returns, your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
*COVID-19 Update: to maintain health and safety of our staff and customers, we will not be accepting mail-in returns for any products (including unused or unopened) during this time. With that being said, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues with your order, and we will address these on a case-by-case basis.
