In an effort to support our customers as well as our beautiful planet, we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with the quality of our products, you can get your money back within 30 days of your purchase, refunded to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

Please email us at info@water-scents.com with your order number and your reasoning/feedback for why you were not satisfied with our products. We will answer your inquiry ASAP in order to assist you.

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate exchanges on any products.

PLEASE NOTE: For all returns, your original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

*COVID-19 Update: to maintain health and safety of our staff and customers, we will not be accepting mail-in returns for any products (including unused or unopened) during this time.
